RECALL NOTICE

RH is offering consumers who purchased an Illuminated Mirror the choice of either a replacement mirror or a full refund in the amount of the purchase price.

Our clients' safety is of the utmost importance to us. Therefore, RH has voluntarily recalled the Illuminated Mirrors in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and Health Canada. RH has found that loose components in the bulb socket can lead to overcurrent and overheating, posing fire and shock hazards. Please immediately unplug and stop using the mirrors. Contact RH to arrange a complimentary pick-up of the recalled item and to select between receiving a replacement mirror or a full refund of the purchase price.

The affected mirrors were sold at RH Galleries and online at https://rhteen.rh.com from September 2015 through February 2022 and at RH outlets nationwide between September 2015 and December 2021. The Illuminated Mirrors were sold in the following styles: Leaner, Round, Rectangle, and Dresser. The Illuminated Leaner Mirror is 72” H x 36” W and has 32 sockets for Type G 1W LED or 5W incandescent bulbs. The Illuminated Round Mirror is 32” D and has 20 sockets for Type G 5W incandescent bulbs. The Illuminated Rectangle Mirror and Illuminated Dresser Mirror are 40” H x 30” W and have 20 sockets for Type G 1W LED or 5W incandescent bulbs. The mirrors have an aged brass, antique pewter, or dark steel finish. The SKU numbers and dates of manufacture of the recalled mirrors (listed below) are printed on a label on the back of the mirror. This recall involves all mirrors with a manufacturing date code before February 2021 and the following SKUs:

    RECALL NOTICE

    RH is offering a full refund of the purchase price or credit to customers who purchased a Lambeth outdoor metal floor or tabletop torch.

    RH has voluntarily recalled these torches in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and Health Canada. We have found that torch fuel can leak from the top of the torch canister and ignite, posing a fire hazard.

    The torches have a hexagonal or knurled canister, and a brass, iron, slate, or weathered bronze finish.

    • The affected torches were sold at RH Galleries, RH Outlets and online at RH.com from July 2020 through August 2021.
    • The SKU is printed on a green sticker on the underside of the canister, and the SKU or UPC can be found on your receipt (and are listed below). The SKU or UPC number and the receipt are not needed to participate in the recall.

    RECALL NOTICE

    RH is offering a full refund of the purchase price or a credit to customers who purchased the children’s Animal Bath Wrap, Heathered Plush Bath Wrap or Luxe Sherpa Bath Wrap.

    RH has voluntarily recalled these children’s bath wraps in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and Health Canada. We have found that these children’s bath wraps fail to meet the flammability standards for children’s sleepwear, posing a risk of burn injuries.

    The recalled bath wraps have hoods, pockets, belts and sewn-in labels at the neck with text including either “RHBABY&CHILD,” “baby & child,” “RESTORATION HARDWARE” or “RH.”

    The Animal Bath Wraps are made of cotton terry and have faces on the hoods sewn to resemble one of the following animals: Bunny (ivory and petal colors), Cat, Dog, Dragon, Elephant, Lion, Monkey, Moose or Unicorn. They were sold in sizes 2-3 yrs., 3-4 yrs. and 4-5 yrs.

    The Heathered Plush Bath Wraps are made of a heathered polyester plush fabric and were sold in the colors dusty rose, grey, lilac and slate blue, in sizes 18-24 mos., 2-3 yrs., 3-4 yrs., 4-5 yrs., 6-7 yrs. and 8-10 yrs.

    The Luxe Sherpa Bath Wraps have a jersey exterior made of a polyester, rayon and spandex blend and a 100% polyester sherpa fleece lining. They were sold in the colors charcoal, grey, ivory, lilac, navy and petal, and in sizes 18-24 mos., 2-3 yrs., 3-4 yrs., 4-5 yrs., 6-7 yrs. and 8-10 yrs.

    • The affected children’s bath wraps were sold at RH Baby & Child Galleries, RH Outlets and online at rh.com and rhbabyandchild.com from April 2014 through November 2020.
    • The SKU or UPC number of the recalled children’s bath wraps can be found on your receipt (and are listed below). The SKU or UPC number and the receipt are not needed to participate in the recall.
